Celebrating 49 years of tradition, we will see the 1992 running of the Santa Claus Special, featuring the Union Pacific Challenger #3985 disguised as Clinchfield #676 leading the World's Longest Christmas Parade.
In conjunction with the Union Pacific, CSX Transportation brought in the mighty Challenger, which sideswiped once, ran backwards three times and, most important of all, led the 50th Anniversary of this very special train.
